If you want to stop drug trafficing you need to cut down the demand, not the supply. If there is money to be made, people will find a way to do it. Instead of such concentration on cutting off supply (which is like fighting a hydra - close one lab and two more spring up) you need to cut down on the demand for the drugs. Why do so many people feel the need to take these drugs? Answer that and maybe you can make some progress.
