I hate to admit this, but I did not know the name of our Lt. Governor as well.
There was a comedian a few years back who had a bit: "Who is the Secretary of State?
It is sad. Half the time I cannot come up with the name of my city councilman. In part half the time I don't know what district I am in since my neighborhood is something of a bastard child and gets shifted around every few years between two districts and ignored by everyone.
